All Chamber members receive a free non-bolded listing under the appropriate business category that includes business name, address and phone number. Take this opportunity to stand out above your competition!

We hope that all of our members will take this opportunity to advertise on our website. It is indeed a "New Day in Arcadia Valley". Advertising on this site will help our community grow and more importantly, will provide you with the opportunity to reach new customers and increase your business and sales. This website is now fully search engine optimized. That means when people are searching for our message or your business, they will find you here.

Below are links to the Member Application Form (a business must be a member of the Chamber in order to advertise) and a downloadable Advertising Request Form. Just click on the link, print it out, then fill it out and send it in. Or, deliver it if you choose. Your message will be customized by you and our web designer for optimum impact. You will have the control over your message based upon the guidelines below.

This site will be fully updated each and every month and we will be expanding and growing its potential to help us in our community and business goals. If your message needs to change, you will have every oppportunity to change it. Updates will be made each month. Email your changes to avchamber@centurytel.net.

All listings are subject to final approval by Arcadia Valley Tourism Committee and may be rejected at their discretion. If there are mistakes by us in your listing we will correct them for free. If you require changes that are not mistakes on our part, the changes are $10 per change payable to the Chamber each time your advertising message is updated/changed. If there are mistakes that existed on the previous site that have been carried over unintentionally to the new website, the updates will be made for free.

If you do not have a website:

There are options now available to you if you wish to have internet advertising exposure, but do not yet have a webpage or website.

1. Our web designer can build a full webpage for you within our website. This is a low cost way to gain greater exposure for your advertising message without the expenses of registering your own domain name and paying for the website hosting fees. When visitors click on your ad, they will be taken to your own page within this site. An example of this is Country Bouquet . The initial cost to build your own page hosted on this site is a one time creation fee of $175 with an annual "hosting fee" of $50 payable to the Chamber each year. Any changes to your page after initial creation and approval by you will be charged at $20 per hour or any part thereof.

Advertiser is responsible for supplying digital photos, logos or artwork suitable for the website. Or, for a reasonable fee our web designer will create something for you.

2. If you have decided that it is important to have increased internet advertising exposure, our web designer will assist you in building your own website at a reasonable cost. Services include consultation with you about your needs, selection and registration of your Domain Name, setting up the hosting of your site, construction of the site based upon your needs and guidelines, graphics and logo creation if needed, search engine optimization of your site and continued support when changes and updates are needed. The reasonable costs will vary depending upon your particular needs.

3. If you have developed a page that is "site ready" but is not yet hosted under your own domain, we will host the page for you. The one time only initial charge to add your page to our website is $20. An additional "hosting fee" of $50 per year will be payable to the Chamber of Commerce. All submitted pages are subject to final approval by Arcadia Valley Tourism Committee and may be rejected at their discretion.
